Let’s talk about customer service, now that you have started online sales. First kindness goes a long way, always be aware that you will have to answer silly questions! They will sometimes be, angry, unkind, and unreasonable. Don’t waste time trying to argue, or being angry. There’s always a chance you can turn things around and still both be happy! Remember kindness goes a long way! Now on some sales platforms, customers can make offers on items, price an item reasonable, if they make an offer make sure the offer is reasonable, don’t let the item go, and lose money because you want to make a sale. Customers will try to low ball you but, if the item is worth it, you can decline an offer or counter offer so that you both are happy! You get people trying to offer low on a sixty dollar item just say no! If the item is worth it, someone will surely buy the item full price. Also, be very careful because you may get scammers on the platform! They will buy an item and you send it off and cancel the purchase, only to keep the item and, it may be hard for you as a seller to get money back from the platform. Also never tolerate other sellers to spam on your page. They will message you to sell you something or your customers. Most platforms don’t tolerate this so they let you block or report them!
